I am a senior undergraduate student in the EEE department at the Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET).
As a passionate researcher and problem solver, I specialise in 1D & 2D semiconductor materials and molecular dynamics simulations using LAMMPS. With over 2 years of experience in creating complex structures, I have mastered various software packages such as Vesta, Ovito, ATOMSK, VMD, Avogadro, MATLAB, and Vega ZZ. I'm also adept at post-processing analysis using Python, Phana, and C++, and I am well-versed in Quantum Espresso and LAMMPS GUIs, including BURAI and Advanced Nanolabo. Additionally, I have experience with Materials Studio, DFT, & Virtual NanoLab (VNL).
My academic contributions include replicating at least 32 high-impact Q1 journals, and I am currently working on a journal article about 1D & 2D nanodevice materials. I have been a passionate problem solver since childhood, having participated in and won prestigious prizes in national and international math competitions such as NUMO, BDMO, IGO, and APMO. As part of an international math research project, I am working in MD on unsolved math problems in number theory and quantum computing.
I specialise in molecular dynamics & DFT , using tools like LAMMPS, GROMACS & Quantum ESPRESSO to simlate intricate systems. ATOMSK, VESTA, and MATLAB to make & vizualize systems. I am also proficient in CAD design with SolidWorks and AutoCAD and possess strong programming capabilities in Python , MATLAB & C++ . my expertise in LaTeX ensures precise documentation of my work. My research interests encompass electronics, and I thrive on addressing complex challenges through innovative solutions.
If my skills align with your project requirements or collaborative opportunities, please feel free to reach out. I am eager to contribute and collaborate!
